“Overall, a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and smelled fresh. My only suggestion would be to address the odor in the lobby and hallways; perhaps a deep carpet cleaning would help, as the initial impression can be misleading. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would return.”

“We stayed for a week earlier this month and truly enjoyed the experience From Christina to the front desk to the folk who attended to our room, we couldn't ask for better The newly renovated rooms was so nicely done that I even remarked that I that want that in our new home. Loved the comfort of the desk chair** Linens were high end .Met the owner during our stay-- so nice to be family owned instead of a chain,”

“The pool was very nice. Clean and clear water and was wonderfull to get into.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am.”

“Loud all night no staff after modnight and in the morning”

“Okay for a one night stay in order to be near family we were visiting. Room smelled musty, bathroom was good sized and seemed clean but room itself felt a bit shabby. Front desk staff member when we checked in was polite enough but not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.”

“Might be the nicest super 8 ive ever stayed in. For the price point, nothing to complain about. Late checkout was cheap & accommodating, AC worked, no bugs, close to food & convenience store. What more can you ask for from a motel.”

“Was a good one night stay. The bed was comfy..Walls are a little thinner..I could hear people in the room over talking but nothing you can really control on the hotels side of it. I would stay again.”

“Great location, great price. I am a regular. I was disappointed that this time around our Refrigerator wasn't working. I mentioned it to the staff but they seemed bothered. But normally I have no complaints or negative feedback from this location.”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
