“Rex in the restaurant was so polite and an excellent server. Overall the staff was very good and helpful. Often you had to wait for help..it’s a busy hotel. It would be nice to have more direction on how to navigate IAH BEFORE you have to ask. Things like having to check your bag in terminal C if flying United, even if your leaving from another gate The whole subway and sky rail could be explained better at hotel. Food was good. Coffee bar good. I would recommend above the competition. .”

“The room was clean, the shower had good water flow, and the kitchen with refrigerator was nice to have. The I didn't like that the window only had sheer curtains in the center and would not block the sun light.”
