“Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. “Look no further, Hometown Haven is the absolute best place in Troy! The location is perfect, just a short walk into town for dining or shopping. It’s incredibly clean and tastefully decorated with little touches of Ohio art throughout. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. “The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
