The hotel was in great condition. Obviously very new and very well cared for. We had some struggles with the staff. They were very pleasant, but it seemed like training could be improved. The first problem was we were double charged at check in. We pre-paid and they still charged an additional room ...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building looks new and inviting. Room and all the facility were clean and looked great. Definitely recommended. Lagrange is a cool little town. Visit!
