3-bedroom house just walking distance from Yale and Downtown

This property is situated just walking distance from Yale University and a few blocks from Downtown New Haven, which is known for having some of the top Pizzeria's in the nation, not to mention all of the other fine restaurants located in and around the downtown and Yale area. You also can enjoy the bustling night life downtown with all of the many bars and night clubs in the area if that's your kind of thing.
If not then you may enjoy viewing and/or visiting some of the many historical landmarks and parks that the area has to offer including the newly renovated Peabody Museum. Whatever your interests are I'm sure you'll be entertained here in New Haven.
You can also take about an hour ride to NYC or one of our several Casinos which includes Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun or the MGM Grand and if you decide to chill around the house then you can totally relax on the spacious, screened in, covered, completely furnished Patio, with it's completely fenced in yard. Bring the Alexa which is included with the house from inside, out onto the Patio and listen to your favorite music, podcast or just let Alexa update you on the latest news and facts.
