They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. “It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better”

“This was a great little spot. It had a beautiful pool on the hillside, where I took my complimentary coffee and breakfast, and the room was super clean. It must have been remodeled recently, and they did a great job. None of the hallmark bad paint lines or any of that stuff you often see in a budget motel. I'd say it was great for the price, but that makes it sound like it was nice for an inexpensive motel. It was just really nice place.”

“Where can you see a hotel that charges another extra fees if you request for a late check out, it's not like super late check, most hotel they allowed guest to check out at noon w/o additional charges, this hotel is charging $25+tax just to request an extra hour from the original check out time. Also my beddings has a blood stain which is disgusting, the bed is worn out they should at least change their bed, it's sinking down when you sat on it what more when you lay down, it hurts my back.”

“Location was very convenient to see fourth of July parade the city had, only a few steps away from the building! The staff was great, almost as soon as we checked in they offered if we needed anything to let them know. Next day of check-in I received another text to see how we were doing. That shows staff is very caring of their guests. Room was very clean with a nice balcony. “Camera bella e pulita. Piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni. Colazione buona (cereali, pane tostato, succhi vari, caffè, macchinetta per waffle) in ampia sala dedicata (peccato per l'aria condizionata un po' troppo alta). Siamo stati molto bene. ”

“Location is great. Staff is very friendly and informative. The TV system sucked. The bed make these squeaking noises whenever you got up so irritating for the other person. And unfortunately, I guess the person next door to our room didn't think it would bother anyone when he started his truck up at five or so in the morning right outside our room and let it idle for about 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously not the fault of the Hotel, just an inconsiderate dunce.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub.”
