“We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily...

“Lovely hotel in a great area with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional! Room was immaculate and clean. Definitely will stay here every year I come to the Berks Jazz Festival. It’s only a 15 min drive.”
