“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

“I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

“The location was even better than advertised. No details were forgotten - everything in the kitchen if wanted to prepare something as well as coffee and snacks. When I went to bed I wondered about the train noise and then saw that there was an ambient sound machine at the head of the bed!!”

“Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, safe, great room sizes. Perfect for our...
