“The loft is really nice and close to everything which was a plus. Bed was comfy and the tub was great! If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t suggest you stay here. The loft upstairs was pretty noisy around 3:30 in the morning. Maybe they were getting home from work?? ”

“Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital ”

“The location was even better than advertised. No details were forgotten - everything in the kitchen if wanted to prepare something as well as coffee and snacks. When I went to bed I wondered about the train noise and then saw that there was an ambient sound machine at the head of the bed!!”

“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold.
