A sprawling brand-new build, Sunset Shore has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping up to 16 comfortably. The house is just under 30 minutes to the WI Dells area, which is the water park capital of the world. In addition to waterparks, the Dells area has countless fun attractions for all ages. Visit https://www.wisdells.com/ to plan your vacation.

We are also about 50 minutes from Devil's Lake State Park. Devil's Lake boasts numerous walking trails with breathtaking views. It is Wisconsin's most popular park.

The quaint town of Baraboo is near Devil's Lake and has something for everyone. Kids will enjoy Circus World Museum (with live circus shows!), while adults will want to visit Balanced Rock Winery, Tumbled Rock Brewery & Kitchen, AL. Ringling Brewing Company, or Driftless Glen Distillery.

Looking to be pampered? There are numerous spa's available in the area including Sundara Spa in Lake Delton or Spa Serenity in Baraboo.

Our lake house is unique - we have a fully finished garage that is heated/cooled with tons of amenities: wet bar, pool table, 75" TV, darts, arcade, and more!

We also have a covered deck in the backyard that's perfect for shade and shelter from a passing rain shower.

Sleeping up to 16, our place is versatile with 2 king beds, 2 twin xl beds, 2 full beds, and 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with a bonus trundle if you need it. The couch in the lower level converts to a sleeper sofa as well. All mattresses are brand new and have varying firmness so that you can find your perfect match!

Sunset Lake is a spring-fed freshwater lake perfect for swimming and fishing. There are little to no weeds in the water and the beach is composed of pristine "sugar sand."

We provide two kayaks, life jackets, a "lily pad" floating platform, sand toys for the little ones, and much more! Rinse off with WARM water right on the back patio.

Don't forget about our premium massage chair with optional heat and a calming view of the lake.

All the 4k TVs in the house are brand new with soundbars (2 - 55", 1 - 65", 1 - 75"). During football season, NFL Sunday Ticket is complementary, so you may want to extend your weekend through Sunday night to take advantage!

Finally, the front patio is a peaceful and quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee with an unbelievable view of northern pine trees.

HOUSE RULES

You'll receive a portal to sign our rental agreement along with a required $500 refundable security deposit authorization.

No Smoking Policy

We have a strict no-smoking policy for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Smoking of any kind, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not permitted inside the property or on the premises. Smoking is monitored by electronic devices and shall not be tampered with.

Failure to comply will result in a charge of $500 and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

Security Deposit & Rental Agreement

After booking, you will be provided a link for a refundable security deposit hold of $500 as well as a copy of a short rental agreement to sign.

Liability

Use massage chair at own risk.
No lifeguard on duty - swim/play in the water at your own risk. Life jackets are provided and must be worn. Danger - THIN ICE possible in winter months.

Guests only have access to the lake from the backyard of the home, there is no launch point, or motorized watercrafts allowed on the lake.

Boat Owners Note: There are a few public boat launch areas located near the property: Castle Rock County Park (closest), Castle Rock Dam Boat Launch, Yellow River Boat Access, Buckhorn Launch-Castle Rock Lake, and Launch D on Castle Rock Lake.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Large parties including guests not on the reservation are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
