The staff were friendly. The room was clean. Easy check-in. It was quiet. Everything i needed was close by. Not the best area though and it needs some updating.

Old, rundown, somewhat clean (I like to think). Breakfast was worse than average hotel free breakfast (couldn’t bring myself to eat anything). For the cost just awful. Will never return. I am glad I wasn’t alone bc I would never have stayed alone. Didn’t feel safe.

For the price, Clarion Inn was surprisingly good. We did not expect the kitchenette. Front desk was accommodating by giving us a better room option within the same price range. Location is great. We just wish free breakfast were better managed, a refill every hour maybe? as you cannot expect all guests to wake up at 6/7am to rush for breakfast to make sure there is still stuff there.

Let me start with the staff I interacted with was great. Very attentive and helpful. The room however did not feel very clean and overall felt dingy and dirty. It did not help that the room next to me was being loud through early morning hours (2am approximately). Would not recommend this property to anyone, nor do I plan to utilize this property again in the future.

We had 2 rooms, with adult kids and grandkids. There were rowdy people inside and outside. Car alarms repeatedly going off outside my window, from people doing drugs in their cars. Another car people blaring music and rocking their car. Until late into the night. Giant beetle living behind the art in bedroom. No towels in pool room.

The hallways constantly smelled of pot and cigarettes. There were screaming fights, cops were outside for hours. It's very run down. It didn't feel like a safe environment.

This property is very disheveled and in very poor upkeep. The room we stayed in had no charging ports at bedside so our phones had to be charging away from the bed. Additionally, the pool is unkempt and the gym is a joke. The entire time we were there only two bath towels and two wash cloths not even hand towels and our stay was from Fri-Mon. I wasn’t pleased at all!!! I would not stay here again!

Have stayed in clarion hotels before and they were awesome. You need to close this one down. It is disgusting. I have pictures of trash, rust on tub, ceiling, ice machine broken, had to walk forever to get ice, lady at desk was not helpful or friendly, bar closed Friday at 5:30. Restaurant had not one car car

The room and the hotel kept clean. The bad thing was that the swimming pool was very cold as well as the room itself. Hallways also cold. No way you can use the pool in winter. Better of they would just close during off season.

We found roaches in our room and when we told the front desk they were rude and rolled their eyes at us. I also watched the housekeeping staff not remove the sheets and just remake the bed with the same sheets that’s were slept on the night before.

Not what I expected. Photos did not depict what the room looked like. Definitely needs to get updated and repaired. Had bugs and just couldnt stay.

Girl at front desk wasn't very nice spoke brooken English. Windows on both floors open which can create a disaster.

The property really needs a thorough cleaning. The general public areas are in horrible shape. Most people were afraid to eat at the breakfast buffet area due to cleanliness. It is really a convenient night’s sleep. But it is a crap shoot

Tub had rust patch work. The was a stove in the room i would not dare turn on.
