Bathroom toilet was leaking, bathroom ceiling had black mold and the wall between the bathroom and sink also. The room smelled musty.

1. You can't understand the people behind the desk. 2. Check in office not pleasant. 3. Room, pictures on website.are different then the room we got. 4. We had a non-smoking room and it smelled like a bar We didn't stay there we got another place to stay. We asked for a refund but they said they couldn't give us a credit. Very unhappy about this situation. Paid $140.?? For nothing.

Do not stay here.
We did not end up staying at the property. Our concert at Mohegan Sun was canceled 6 hours before start time. I was not driving 3 hours to get there for no concert. I called the hotel and told my story. I was told that i could change my room to the rescheduled date, then when i treied to do that--the Manger said no. And now I have a pending charge in my account for the room I asked to cancel. I will never be staying at this hotel because of the lies I was told and promises broken and charges charged for no stay.
