“We really enjoyed our stay in Barbara’s neat and clean cabin. The Keurig was a nice touch. Towels were plentiful and the washer and dryer were very helpful. BYO shampoo. The location was ideal with or without pets. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again! ”

“We booked here when we bought last minute tickets to a concert at Gilford. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were able to check in a full hour early which was much appreciated after a long drive. Our room was far more spacious than I expected. The staff was all wonderful. Zero complaints! Also can't beat a FREE hot breakfast in the morning, and the 24 hr coffee station is great. Highly recommend!”

“Was a perfect place for a short stay & take in the local area amenities. House was rustic, quaint,very spacious, & clean. It was a great place to relax with friends, play some games & cook on the grill after 2 great days at the lake!! We booked day passes for Wellington State Park & it was perfect just 11 mins away from the property. Owner was very responsive with any minor questions we had. Overall it was great stay. ”

“Spacious, and very comfortable house, perfect for our family get-together. We had 12 in our crew, and while just the upstairs could have worked well, having the lower apartment allowed us to spread out further.The grounds are fantastic -- with the fire pit, the hot tub, sitting by the pond -- and the views that go on forever from the front porch... day and night. Super convenient to Newbury and Sunapee.Add to that, Chris was a fantastic, communicative host.”
