“Expensive breakfast buffet at $20 so I didn't eat breakfast. Bar staff was very good.”

But when we booked Expedia showed that allowed cats and dogs and this Windgate is Steubenville OH did take cats in Dec 2025 when we stayed there. but I called the day prior to our reservation, and they said they did not take cats since things have changed.
