Hotel vicino a New Meadowlands Market - Jersey City

“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner but with very limited offer. You need a car to go to restaurants in Lyndhurst. Anyway, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and with 20-30 minutes you can reach Manhattan”

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile: ci hanno subito consegnato dei fogli con tutte le informazioni necessarie per spostarsi da e verso Manhattan, supporto utilissimo durante il soggiorno. “Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arriving, we found that our first room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke mixed with an unpleasant old sweat smell. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, and I want to acknowledge that the staff was very accommodating and did their best to assist us by promptly moving us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a similar odor, and we were shocked to find that the mattress was heavily stained and...

“This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)”
