“The room was clean. It had been renovated. Furniture, & curtains looked dated . The bed was comfortable. The lobby and common room have been redone. The carpets in the hallways were worn, dingy, & dated. Overall, the property is an older one, but the areas you spend your time in are new and kept clean.”

After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs.”

“The smell of the room was horrible the bed sheets dirty the carpet dirty, the door handle of the bathroom broken, the restroom dirty and the towels, the TV doesn’t work and neither the phone.”

“​The room I received was nothing like what I booked. Your photos and descriptions are outdated/misleading. Expedia wouldn't take responsibility or offer a room change. The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.”

“Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in. ”
