“When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. “Our favourite Sheffield hotel, at the moment. It is set in a beautiful location on the quayside but still easy to walk to the city centre. Cars are safe in the carpark at a reasonable rate - £8.00 for 24 hours. Our room was amazing and had 2 double beds with a bath/ shower and tea making facilities/ iron & ironing board. We also had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the canal. Everything was clean and check in was easy. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, as we couldn’t see any vegan...

“Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes.
