Welcome to our chalet, a bright and spacious coastal home designed for relaxed family holidays and easy group getaways. Set on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park and close to Barton-on-Sea beach, it’s a comfortable, well-located base for seaside days, forest adventures, and time well spent together.

The open-plan living area is light, generous, and sociable, made for shared meals, lively conversations, and unwinding at the end of a full day out. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and large TV, creating a space that suits both busy family life and quieter evenings in.

Bedrooms — Flexible group & Family-Friendly

Sea Way Chalet sleeps up to 12 guests across four well-proportioned bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to suit families and groups.

• Bedroom One (sleeps 4): Two double beds, a private en-suite bathroom, and an additional TV — ideal for parents with children or guests wanting extra comfort and space.

• Bedroom Two (sleeps 4): Two double beds, perfect for siblings, teenagers, or friends sharing.

• Bedroom Three (sleeps 2): A comfortable double room located on the opposite side of the lounge, offering a slightly quieter sleeping area.

• Bedroom Four (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children):
A snug room with a small double bed, positioned next to Bedroom Three, with a bathroom between the two — a layout that works particularly well for families.

Kitchen & Dining
The modern kitchen is bright, practical, and designed for feeding a crowd without fuss. It’s fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large family-sized fridge-freezer, along with plenty of crockery and utensils.

The large dining table seats up to 12, making it easy to bring everyone together for shared meals, celebrations, and long evenings around the table.

Designed for Families
Children are very much at home here. A dedicated playroom offers wooden toys, board games, puzzles, and an Xbox for older kids. For younger guests, baby and toddler essentials are available on request, including highchairs, a travel cot, bottle steriliser, baby bath, toddler steps, child-friendly crockery, and socket covers — helping parents settle in quickly and travel lighter.

Outdoor Space & Parking
The private garden offers seating for 12, a BBQ for relaxed outdoor meals, and a children’s swing — ideal for sunny afternoons and summer evenings.

At the front of the property, there is a large private driveway with parking for 4–5 cars, making arrivals, departures, and group travel easy and stress-free.

Sea Way Chalet is well positioned for exploring the coast and the New Forest. Barton-on-Sea beach is nearby, while Barton village — with its cafés, shops, and everyday amenities — is a short drive away. The wider New Forest National Park is also easily reached by car, offering beautiful walks, cycling routes, and open heathland.
