“Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. “Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with...

“The house and pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!”

“It was a nice size property. No issues with neighborhood easy walk to streetcar. Only thing I will say was a negative there was no TV in guest rooms.”

“First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.”

“We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.”

I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. ”
