ACCESSIBILITY
No stairs are required to reach the main building entrance. Suite 1 is at entry level. Suite 2 requires interior stairs to access. Once inside, neither suite has additional interior stairs.

Guest Access:
The building door and both suite doors have locks with door codes. Codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The outdoor area with heated pool is shared with guests staying in Suite 3.

The Neighborhood:
The suites are located in beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. The historic streetcars are minutes away and will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street to explore miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques, or walk the other direction and tour the CBD, where some of New Orleans’ best restaurants await.

After booking, all guests receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities, along with detailed guides on the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
The suites are nestled between the Lower Garden District and the CBD, close to most major sites. The WWII Museum is a 10 minute walk, the St. Charles at Euterpe streetcar stop is a 5 to 8 minute walk, and there is plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do on foot, the Superdome and French Quarter are a quick 8 to 18 minute drive, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Early check-ins are not guaranteed. We want to make sure both suites are clean and prepared for your arrival, and early bag drop can often be arranged. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
The outdoor area with heated pool is shared with Suite 3, and other guests may be present.
