French Quarter Oasis with Balcony just off Royal and Bourbon

This 1-bedroom condo is in the middle of the French Quarter, just off Bourbon and Royal Street and 2 blocks from Jackson Square. The unit is sunny and spacious, with a covered, furnished street-facing balcony

Our condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small, secured residential building. The building is in the heart of the French Quarter with a location that cannot be beat. It is very safe (on our block are several shops, restaurants, and hotels), and it's easily walkable to everything in the quarter.

The condo itself has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and living area open up to a large, street-facing covered balcony. The long 30-foot balcony is shared with one other unit, but each side o the balcony has its own designated seating area to maintain privacy while inside. (This setup is the norm in the French Quarter.)

The bedroom is located in the back of the unit, facing the building's courtyard, which makes it very quiet at night.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and is only accessible via the staircase. There is no elevator in the building.

Our building is typically very quiet and we kindly ask that all guests respect our neighbors during their stay. No events or parties are allowed.
