too far!
the hotel is too far from the downtown, no public transport like bus or whatever. Only taxi, all honest but expensive! go and back from/to hotel not less of 25USD! The room is normally, there's the kitchen but not the cookware and other tools.

When I first got there the room I had reserved was unavailable so of course the only rooms were the more expensive "premium" rooms. The room had red splatter on the wall looked like some type of juice or Kool aid and a gash in the drywall and door handle for the bathroom was falling off. They had maintenance come tighten the handle and smear plaster on the wall. By the first night the big problem became apparent since every time the light was turned on you could see the roaches scatter. We were told housekeeping would be by on Thursday and the 7 days we were there they never showed up.

DO NOT stay at this property location. I’m originally from Fresno, Ca. I never thought there would be anywhere else worse than some of the conditions I’ve experienced Westside Fresno. I am not one to complain, I hated every day I was booked. Dealt with my decision & that I paid for everything already at a cheap rate. I got what I paid for!!! So, I am going to put this out to save anyone else from making the same mistake!

I booked 2 rooms at this location for 2 weeks, I received a call from the hotel about an hour before check in for them to tell me the rooms were no longer availible. I booked the rooms a week in advance but still had to find a new hotel. I was also charged a night a piece for each room even though I was told I wouldnt be charged at all. I have reached ou to the hotel multiple times to get everything straight but the employees put me on hold and never pick the phone back up. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

The best part was the staff. Very friendly, professional and inviting. However there was insect/bug issues which I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT do!

called 2 hours before our reservation to tell us it was cancelled due to over booking. was suppose to find us a replacement but was never called back. terrible staff and terrible experience

I reserved this room a few days prior. Arrived at location and was told they had no reservation for me and even if they did they couldn’t give it to us because the room had no power. No communication whatsoever.

Not like the photos
The beds had one pillow each. The cook-top in the room did not work. I had to provide my own toilet paper for my room & the towels were more like hand towels than actual towels. Also, I saw bugs in the lobby and the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay. The room definitely did not look like the pictures on the website.

The Room was Excellent! However they were in the middle or renovations and i was on the second floor. You could here banging and drilling all day everyday on the floor above.

I can't speak on any other tm or for anyone else. However, in my 43 yes of being I've NEVER seen such deplorable conditions as rm 245. My fiance & I (he's 65 & usually easy going. For a wk I touch absolutely NOTHING. They stress no refunds bc it allows them to screw ppl in desperate situations. Roaches crawling on me, up walls, in ceilings & all over EVERYTHING. gnats the size of humans posted all in the ceiling and flying around. $25 worth of spray made it worse. They started as if to attack cominf from the headboard & from behind the "artwork". Strapped for cash & rm already pdwe had to place our blankets over the bed bc the filth and trash look like the covers of the last guest(s) were just pulled up & folded back. I broke dwn literally in teras & it takes a lot to break me. I didn't understand how guest could be treated so in-humanely. The "rags" look like someone wiped their a*sses with them & then hang them back up. Oh & the so-called once a wk housekeeping bullsh*t!! The next option was to sleep in our car bc of or emergency situation & this I promise, if every it comes down to tgis dymp that has to be paying someone to stay open bc even the smoke detector was nonexistent. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Back to the matter at hand though...If I ever have to choose between this dump or my car again for a 65 yrs old man that has to go work 10 hrs a day...We will choose the car bc at least my car is clean and absolutely pest FREE!!

They let someone come into my room better yet they open the door for a person to Come into my room while I was in the shower , the overnight Maintenance man broke the lock off my door to let someone in tht I didn’t want in my room I didn’t answer the door to my room for a reason and still he broke the latch and let him into my roo! Horrible service and I’ll never stay again

My stay was actually pretty good. The front desk workers were terrific and nice. The ONLY thing that bothered me was the young kids running the catwalks constantly at night and the kids upstairs from me were constantly running in the room. That is not the fault of the hotel though. I enjoyed my stay otherwise.

I like that the hotel was clean and quiet. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t furnish you with: clean towels, or extra tissues and they don’t have coffee machine in room. We had to get a broom and sweep our own floor. No hot water in shower. It seems they only clean rooms when you check out.

J'ai insisté en montrant ma reservation faite une semaine auparavant, et toujours confirmée, mais ni la dame a la réception, ni la responsable n'ont rien voulu savoir en me laissant en pleine nuit dehors avec un enfant de 4 ans ... heureusement lhotel juste a côté a pu nous accueillir, et sachez qu'ils ont meme l'habitude d'accueillir des client de cet hotel a la dernière minute sous pretexte sue l'hôtel est complet. Probably one of the worst hotel in America. Room smelled very bad, door lock was never working, no garbage bin delivered despite daily request, noone ever came for cleaning over a week. The good thing is internet works good and the night shift guys are great to help you in with the door.
