Spread out and relax in 3.5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three stylish common areas, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Originally renovated from top to bottom in 2021, our home blends historic New Orleans charm with modern comfort and high-end amenities.
Beds & Baths
Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom (two are en suite), ensuring privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 1 (First Floor) – King bed, TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 (Second Floor) – King bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) – Tempur-Pedic queen pullout sofa bed (with extra memory foam topper), TV, and a dedicated bathroom right across the hall. Bed is fully set up upon arrival.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor) – Full-size pullout sofa bed, private bathroom off the family room, and direct access to the sunroom. Bed is fully set up upon arrival.
Climate Control: Every floor and most sections have individual thermostats for personalized comfort. (The two second-floor bedrooms share a thermostat.)
Spacious & Stylish Common Areas
Main Living & Dining Area: Soaring 12' historic ceilings, a large TV with surround sound, and multiple areas to sit, eat, and unwind.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with all major appliances—dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, wine fridge, and more. Love to cook? Ask us about specific appliances!
Sunroom (Completed December 2024): A cozy retreat featuring extra seating, a breakfast nook, and a beautifully tuned 1939 Steinway baby grand piano. Heated/AC mini-split ensures comfort year-round.
Family Room: Large sectional sofa, TV & soundbar, stocked bar, and a mini gym with deadweights, kettlebells, and a Tonal smart home gym. Also includes a kitchenette and bathroom for easy pool access.
Extra Powder Room: Keeps the four full baths private to each bedroom. (The fourth bedroom’s bathroom also serves the pool area.)

This is our primary residence, not a full-time rental. You will see personal items throughout the space, and some closets may be locked. We appreciate you treating our home with care.

Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire home, pool, and all amenities. The only exceptions are a few locked closets or cabinets (none that are advertised in the listing).
