We stayed 11/13--11/17 Warehouse district Marriott
Property malfunctions- day1 the phone was missing a cord, frige was not cold, and the sink had a slow drain. I requested in advance five flat sheets and two extra pillows in our room.Because we were coming in after midnight. They were not there.And the night manager told us, we had to come and get it. It was 1:30am. That night engineering came to adjust the temperature on fridge.We asked them to return the next day for the sink and the phone.
Day 2- engineering came replace the phone, fix the sink. When we returned at night the water was off to the sink ,he returned turned the water back on. Later that night, I realized there was no hot water for sink.
Day 3- we were told we need to change rooms because he needs to order a part for the sink. We changed rooms.I asked them to bring us a 5 flat Sheets and another robe & slippers. Later that night, they did not bring the sheets or robe.We were so exhausted and had to wait for them to come.. I prefer to know my sheets are clean and applied them myself. Also, i've discovered they only have one robe and slippers.They never brought it. Until later that night after I had to request it again
Manager's response- i informed manager Cassy of all issues. I thought it was odd Cassy never offered anything to compensate for our inconvenience until i brought it up. She offered breakfast. I declined then she offered 20,000 bonvoy Pts.
