Immerse yourself in the Bywater, a vibrant neighborhood steeped in the cultural fabric of New Orleans, one of the nation's most beloved destinations. Experience The Saxony, an exclusive condominium just steps away from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. This recently built complex provides all the comforts and amenities you desire, from a serene pool and fitness center to secure parking, promising an unforgettable urban retreat.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will immediately walk into the kitchen, followed by the living room and patio/balcony area that overlooks the pool and fitness center. To the right of the entryway will be a hallway that leads to the first bathroom and first bedroom. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the laundry room and primary bedroom which includes an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. Wow LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION, was fantastic. I rented a car so traveling around was great. Did utilize Uber once and driver was very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, ROOMY and comfortable.The only thing, I'm 6 ft 3 and the furniture is very low.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the condo had plenty of space. Offstreet parking was a plus. Reason for the 4 stars is the dishwasher did not work. The communication with the owners was very good. Would recommend if visiting New Orleans

We loved New Orleans

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, safe and in a great location. We fell in love with New Orleans and it's people and will definitely be back and will see if this same VRBO is available when we come back.

Visit to New Orleans for the New Year

We enjoyed our stay at this site very much and highly recommend this place. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed plus. We used an Uber to get around and were very close to all the areas we wanted to visit but far enough that our nights were quiet and we slept peacefully. We felt safe the entire time, there was parking on site and we had a wonderful experience. There are two coffee pots one for pods and one for a pot of coffee. Shampoo conditioner and lotion were provided. I would highly recommend this place and will book again when I return one day.

This property was just beautiful. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. There is so much to do in Nola but it was amazing to come back and be able to relax in such a wonderful place. I can not recommend enough!

Worth every penny

Host was nice and responded quickly, everything was clean and as described. Close enough to French Quarter that lyfts weren't very expensive. Neighborhood was quiet, corner store within walking distance for basics. Only "complaint" is that after walking all day the bed's weren't very comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable

Loved the location! The apartment wasn't too far from the French Quarter and we were even able to walk there a few times. Host was helpful and responsive, the apartment had amenities I hadn't even thought even when preparing for the trip, and the apartment was spacious and clean. 10/10 recommend if you're with a small group and want a more homey lodging experience. :)

Great condo in a great neighborhood

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The balcony was lovely for my morning coffee and it had a nice view of the bridge and ships sailing on the river. Bywater is a great neighborhood with friendly people and great restaurants. It was a 20 minute walk to the hop-on hop-off bus which brought us around New Orleans. It was great!
