LO SPAZIO
Questo spazioso appartamento ha un portico chiuso chiuso e confortevole dove gli ospiti possono sedersi e godersi il fresco della serata sorseggiando la loro bevanda preferita. Il soggiorno ha una TV da 32 "e un lettore DVD con una selezione di musica e film per il tuo divertimento. Il divano del soggiorno si apre in un letto matrimoniale. L'intero appartamento ha un sacco di arte che celebra la cultura e il patrimonio che è unico a New Orleans. La sala da pranzo separata ha 6 posti a sedere e un bar per la colazione con 2 sgabelli alti per un boccone veloce. L'area ufficio ha una scrivania con una stampante, una libreria con una collezione per il tuo divertimento e una comoda sedia e lampada. Le 3 camere da letto sono completamente separate e tutte hanno un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. La camera da letto anteriore ha un letto matrimoniale; la camera da letto posteriore più grande ha due letti XLTwins che possono essere separati o uniti per formare un letto king-size. La seconda camera da letto posteriore ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è una televisione in una delle camere da letto posteriori. L'appartamento ha 2 bagni completi con vasca / doccia. Il portico posteriore chiuso conduce ad un cortile paesaggistico con due aree patio. C'è sia il limone di un meyer e un albero di arancia rossa che ha appena iniziato a dare frutti. Gli ospiti sono invitati a scegliere ciò che sta crescendo. Un'area ha tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per 4 e l'altra ha la stessa configurazione ad eccezione di 8. Calore e aria centrali per mantenere la casa fresca d'estate e calda e accogliente durante i mesi invernali. Mentre la casa può ospitare 8 persone, gli ospiti sono sempre invitati a considerare ciò che è comodo per le loro esigenze.

We were there for Thanksgiving with 18 family members. The two instigators of the event live in this Freret neighborhood. Group split between 3 places. We had 3 couples in this house, and it was great for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Close to everything, so many easy, spontaneous meet up sessions at local establishments (many coffee/breakfast options, Dat Dog is 100 ft away and great congregating spot for 18, easy/pretty walk down Robert St to Streetcar).

This apartment is a nice large comfortable spot to stay in the middle of the city. Parking is a great addition! The neighborhood is very walkable and feels safe, close to the grocery and several restaurants etc.

We were In town for college graduation Location was perfect for us. Apt was clean and was perfect for our visit. We were not.in the unit much and location was important.

The check in process and communication with the property manager were both easy. The location is great - plenty of restaurants to walk to. The steps up into the apartment are very steep, so be careful with children and older adults. The living room walls had what I assume to be dirt on them near the sofa. There was a half open bottle of wine in the kitchen, and the bathroom had used bottles of travel sized toiletries available which was a little unappealing. It was a fine place to stay for a quick visit, but I’m not sure I’d stay again for a long trip

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip! It was for a great price and saw it had lots of good reviews! It’s far enough from French Quarter but not too far. Uber was around $25 as it was during their French Quarter festival. The area was quiet and safe. It has several restaurants that are walking distance as well as a grocery store. We were able to park and not have to move the car until it was time to head home. The apartment was clean and cute! The door to the apartment is kinda tricky but once we figured it out, we had it down. Definitely would stay here again!

What was advertised on this unit was quite the opposite. Water heater was broken 2 days into our stay. Pilot light to the oven was not in working order. Promised the water heater and pilot light to the oven were to be fixed immediately and was not. Two out of 3 of my kids took cold showers, after discovering at 930 on our last night there. We weren't being picky and were willing to let the little things slide but there were issues every day with this property, and the lack of hot water the night before leaving was the last straw. From a dead roach in my kids bed, discovered on my last day of my stay, you are charged a cleaning fee yet you need to take the sheets off yourself, roach droppings in the silverware and dish cabinets, on the property's site for VRBO was advertised basic soap, ended up being used soap left from previous guests, circuits that kept resetting was told possibly from multiple electronics plugged into one circuit, the house felt tilted, and offsetting, the backyard was unkempt, looked nothing like the VRBO picture, so needless to say this property sucked! I took pictures and wish I could attach to this review. If I could give accuracy and cleanliness a zero I would leave one in a hot minute.

We enjoyed the space, if you have younger children the two back bedrooms work out nicely as they are attached. The location was great- there are some fabulous restaurants close by and are within walking distance to the trolley and Audoboun park. I would have given this place 5 stars, but we had some minor to serious issues with our stay. I will preface that we did check in on Christmas evening- people are busy with their families but there was no urgency in addressing these concerns. Upon check in, we had issues with the front door to the apartment building not locking. We let the owner and property manager know immediately. The door was left mostly unlocked throughout our stay except for the random few times it did work. While the area seemed safe, this left us extremely uncomfortable especially since we traveled with a young child. The unit was also extremely cold and the heat did not work. We did not realize this until the last night of our trip- it had been warm enough outside that we didn’t notice. There were a lot of extra blankets which we definitely needed. We also did not have hot water the last two days. It went out during our one of our showers and never heated again. It is an older unit, so we thought the hot water tank just needed some time but more than 24 hours later it still wasn’t working. I did let the owner know but got no response.

Since we had decided to only use public transportation during our week in New Orleans the location was great....just a few steps to a bus stop. The apartment was as described and the beds were very comfortable. the only complaint we had was about the outside front steps which were fairly steep and that first step out the door was somewhat of a challenge but we didn't let that slow us down and we were in and out frequently. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and offered plenty of places to eat and listen to music. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back and stay again.

Our group of four brothers enjoyed this home. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided all the essentials needed for a great stay. The neighborhood is on the rise with great food options and centrally located to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and clean! I loved the NOLA decor and the access to Netflix! There were restaurants and a nice coffee spot literally in walking distance! Two of the rooms were connected and had to share a window unit air conditioner which made one room warmer than the other. But it worked out since the other room had two beds in there!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. This area is extremely quiet and felt safe. Yet close to everything. This rental had off street parking which made me feel safe with my vehicle. The beds were very comfortable. The layout and set up of this rental was perfect. Looking for a nice place to stay, then this is it.
