“Freda’s castle was absolutely beautiful, and the donkeys definitely were a plus! It was very nice to get out of the city and enjoy the peaceful and quiet desert evenings, as well as being able to see the stars at night. The hosts were very welcoming and very accommodating, we loved our stay ”

“Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. Just seemed unnecessary to make me sweat after driving all day and a grumpy kid next to me. Regardless he was kind enough to let it slide. Maybe cause he had no other option. “Recent remodel but details left undone. No ledge in the shower. No toilet paper holder. No closet rod. Close but no cigar.”

“The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty to eat. The room was iffy, kind of dirty, there wasn't batteries in the Carbon Dioxide detector and so we had to use our own. There was a clicking sound that kept happening in the room that was kind of suspicious but over all if you're exhausted and need to rest this was an okay stay.”
