Housekeeping turned my jacket and sweater into the front desk but did not turn my chargers in. Obviously someone kept them for themselves because the front desk never received them. I was very disappointed that untrustworthy people was working for the facility. Im sure they've taken other people's stuff too. Front desk never acknowledged the loss of my chargers but did get...

“Very clean. Nice indoor pool/hot tub area. Hot tub could be warmer. Also, no clear directions but figured it out. No issues. Washer/dryer available. Do NOT try app. Didnt wirk and staff unabke to help with. Staff great. Breakfast decent ”

“I had a beautiful room, cleaned every day. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I was early, and they didn’t charge extra to check in before 4 pm. Available, was a really good full complimentary breakfast every morning. They had a nice gym. Topped off with two bottles of water and two cookies, at check in. ”

All common areas were clean and taken care of quickly-through a snowstorm they did everything they could to make sure guests were comfortable and safe! And let me tell you, that parking lot was a bear to navigate initially during the storm and they kept at it to provide safe and cleared spaces. Great Stay for a Comfort Inn experience!”
