No complaints about service because I didn’t require any besides once weekly housekeeping but the rooms are just bare minimum. I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had super thin windows where you could hear everything outside. My main complaint is about the queen size room. The shower was just ...

The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.
