“A very nice remodel of a motor court motel with all new interior, heating, and plumbing. Comfortable with large TV and nice beds. Very clean. Future additions might include a microwave oven, coffee cups for the coffee maker, and some wall decor. Overall, a very nice room for basecamp to local adventures..”

“Property looked nice but there is some false advertising. We booked a room with "lake view" but got a room with view to a wall and the street. When asked, was told that "they did not have another room at that price". The room was very comfortable and nice. But cleaning needs improvement. The towels did not smell fresh, in fact, I wondered what kind of soap they use because the bath towels were clean, but smelled awful.”

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...
