Cedar Island Club is located in Bethune Beach which is just south of New Smyrna Beach and north of Canaveral National Seashore park. This area is unique because the river/lagoon and ocean are very close. Nowhere else provides such convenient access to both bodies of water.

The condo is located directly on the river and has great water views from inside. You can see wildlife like dolphins, manatees, birds, kayakers or paddle boarders from multiple locations such as the couch or dining room table. Though you usually need to walk onto the docks just outside the unit to see the manatees.

If you like fishing the docks are great with one having an area to cut bait or filet your catch.

Bethune park is a block away. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court, pavilions, sand volleyball, and a kids playground. Manatees and dolphins love to hang out in the cove next to the park.

Upon arriving you will park in a reserved parking space about 100 feet from the door. It's a first floor unit so there are no steps. As you walk inside the condo you will immediately see the fabulous river view through floor to ceiling windows. One of the windows slides open and you can walk out to the docks.

There is a full kitchen, dining room table with seating for six, family area, and enclosed porch. The family area has a 55" TV and full time seating for 6. The enclosed porch has seating for 4.

There are two large bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle. Attached is a bathroom and walk in closest. The secondary bedroom has a king bed and there is a guest bathroom between the bedrooms.
