Schooner Point è una bellissima, tranquilla fuga situata proprio sulla spiaggia. L'unità dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. C'è 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli (una serie di letti a castello con rotelle). Si trova al 1 ° piano e presenta un arredamento moderno, ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici, armadi e infissi. La grande penisola della cucina può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 o crea uno spazio di lavoro / artigianato meraviglioso. Il complesso condominiale è molto ben tenuto e si trova sulla spiaggia senza guida, all'estremità sud di New Smyrna Beach. Il parcheggio e l'accesso a questo condominio non potrebbero essere più facili! Wifi e cavo sono inclusi nella tariffa e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno del condominio. Ci sono tre televisori (due con cavo, nel soggiorno e master) e due lettori DVD. Il patio dispone di un tavolo con posti a sedere per sei e due sedie a dondolo. C'è una piscina (riscaldata) e griglie della comunità. Non sono ammessi fumatori o animali domestici.

Schooner Point Condo

I can't say enough about our stay! The condo is just beautiful in every way - the decor, the cleanliness, the location. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the sheets are nice and soft, the towels are of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. Kerry is great to communicate with - she responds very quickly if you reach out to her! The condo is just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Thank You! We will definitely stay here again if we're in New Smyrna Beach!

Wonderful stay

We were down with family for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The condo was clean and beautiful, and just as described. Fantastic stay!

Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. The condo did not disappoint. The host was gracious with check in and check out times. We did not lack for one thing in the fully stocked condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!.

Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

I would stay again! (But don't tell too many people)

The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

NSB Getaway

This property is very well managed and a great place for a family based vacation. The unit is stocked with everything a person could need, ideal for a renter that is flying in and therefore limited on what they can bring for the trip.

Awesome Host!

Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

Perfect location for a quiet vacation

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The unit was equipped with all the things needed to enjoy a beach vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about renting this unit. The room was extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. The mattresses in all of the rooms were so comfortable! New Smyrna Beach

Everything about this property was perfect! The location is great, just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home! Kerry was a great host and responded immediately to any questions! The perfect beach stay.

This is the 3rd different condo we have rented at Schooner Point. All were nice, but this was definitely the best. Beautifully updated with modern finishes and a fabulous kitchen. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend (bring your own turkey)!

Beautiful, clean and well stocked!

When reviews say well stocked it’s true. A beach umbrella, boogie boards, toys, pack n play, high chair, games, DVDs even little things like tape and paper and crayons made our stay so much easier with young children! We loved the easy walk to the beach and pool and quietness of the complex too. Thanks again!

Everything you could want and need

NSB was been a vacation spot for us for 3 years now. The area is great with a beautiful beach. This condo is amazing! The pictures are accurate and it has everything. We were beyond amazed at how well stocked it was. The owner communicated with us before and during the trip. If this is your first time planning a vacation to NSB you will come back!

Perfect.

I have been going to Schooner Point for 10 years and have always been impressed the with the property there. This condo however, is just a step above the others I have rented in the past. The beds are all in great shape and super comfortable. The living room and kitchen areas are set up perfect and the refrigerator/freezer has plenty of space for a weeks worth of groceries. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach chairs/toys/coolers ect. made the stay even more enjoyable! This condo really seems to be treated as a 2nd home instead of just a rental. Really looking forward to staying again in the future!
