Check in was easy and the building manager was helpful and provided quick feedback. Location has great, with easy access to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable.

The location is awesome. Right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and Flagler. We had some issues with the AC when we first arrived and they were quick to assist and get the tech out to make sure it was just due to that hot Florida heat. Would stay here again in the future!

Excellent communication, they accommodated a change of schedule for us due to tropical storm and red flagging the beach, we couldnt have asked for more! House was very nice, exactly as pictured. We will stay at Ocean Beach Club, New Smyrna again!

Incredible unobstructed views from the unit with a short walk down to the beach. Communication was great and check in was quick and smooth. They even have beach chairs to borrow which made things even easier! Quick drive down to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is I didn’t book longer. I’ll definitely be back!
