  • Il Dollaro di sabbia di Sully è un bellissimo condominio con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a una bellissima spiaggia della Florida ea pochi chilometri dal centro storico di New Smyrna Beach. Vi è una vasta selezione di ristoranti nelle vicinanze e molte attrazioni locali per famiglie e adulti.

    Sia che tu stia cercando un posto dove scappare in spiaggia in estate o allontanarti dal freddo in inverno, il Dollaro di sabbia di Sully è il posto che fa per te.

    L'offerta di 3 camere da letto sul dollaro di sabbia di Sully può ospitare fino a 8 persone.

    La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, splendide viste dalla parte posteriore dell'unità, una cabina armadio e un enorme bagno che include i suoi lavandini, una vasca idromassaggio e una cabina doccia separata.

    Ognuna delle altre due camere da letto comprende una full size e un letto singolo per un ampio spazio per dormire. Ci sono anche armadi in ciascuna delle stanze. Il secondo bagno completo si trova adiacente alla camera da letto 2 con accesso separato alla sala.

    Il soggiorno ha molto spazio per sedersi ed è aperto sul retro dell'unità con vista sulla riserva naturale.

    Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'intero condominio. C'è un patio schermato nella parte posteriore che si affaccia su una riserva naturale.

    La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti e comprende microonde, fornelli, forno, tostapane, macchina per il caffè Keurig e frigorifero con macchina per il ghiaccio. Sono inclusi anche piatti, tazze e posate.

    C'è un grande tavolo per i pasti con 6 posti a sedere e due ulteriori sgabelli al bar per la colazione.

    Oceanwalk Condos ha due club house, ognuna con piscina, vasca idromassaggio e centro fitness. La club house principale si trova immediatamente fuori dall'edificio dell'unità e offre una cucina interna e un barbecue in comune a disposizione degli ospiti. Ha anche una sauna.

    C'è un percorso naturalistico di mezzo miglio che inizia proprio dietro l'edificio e termina all'estremo sud del complesso.

    L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada tramite un ingresso privato. Incluso con l'unità sono teli da mare e tappetini, un grande dispositivo di raffreddamento, sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e carrello da spiaggia. Ci sono anche diverse boogie board e wake board, giochi da spiaggia per bambini, diversi giochi da spiaggia e canne da pesca.

We have enjoyed staying in this particular for three times now. It is comfortable and accommodates our extended family well. It has a well provisioned kitchen, bedrooms and baths. We love the location near the pool and easy access to get across the street to the beach.The host is very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great relaxing condo, conveniently located to the pool, hot tub, gym, shuffle board & basketball courts. The gas grills were great too. Awesome hist, very accommodating.

Everything was great! Good communication, clean, etc. We enjoyed our stay. It was only two of us for most of the time but one week we had 8 people and accomodated all of us well. I would only make some small suggestions that more silverware (there was only 7 forks) and a room darkening curtain in the small bedroom due to the porch light.

Ocean Walk, New Smyrna Beach

The condo unit was perfect for our needs. It was a beautiful condo and would love to come back. The grandkids and us really enjoyed the beach area and the pool. Highly recommend the place.

Spring break getaway!

We had a great week at Ocean Walk - unit had everything we needed and the closet was filled with fun items for the beach! Plenty of towels and space for our family of 5 to spread out and have meals together. Room was very clean and comfortable

Nice Condo.

We enjoyed the condo. It was great that there was a closer with games and also a closet with beach stuff. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

The owners were amazing. They kept in touch with us throughout the year prior to us attending and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Their home was clean and the accommodations up-to-date and comfortable.We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked again for next year!Thank you again for being g so welcoming!

With 4 active, busy teens it’s difficult to find the time and location that offers both relaxation and activities. We found New Smyrna Beach and specifically this condo to be perfect for our family’s needs.

Family vacation July 2025

The condo was amazing! It was spacious and so nice! The owner was fantastic to work with! The area is very beautiful and not overly crowded. The highlight of our trip was watching a sea turtle swim out of the ocean, lay her eggs and go back into the ocean. It was amazing!

Laura is very welcoming and keeps you informed every step of the way. This unit is our favorite in Oceanside Condos - you are directly across from the gym, pool and sauna! It is a short walk to the beach. The unit is stocked with beach towels and nice linens. Highly recommend! Booked for the third time already for next year!

Perfect

Perfect place for a family group of six. Clean, roomy, a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtful details including snacks and toiletries. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys and games as well as the beach toys. Laura and Brendan were immediately available to look after any needs we might have. We would definitely recommend Sully's Sand Dollar!

Great family-friendly condo, location & beach!

We all had a lovely family vacation. Our last-minute request for a Pack-n-Play crib & high chair was ready upon our arrival which was great. Lots of games & activity items available in the unit and beach items for all our needs in their storage closet. Thanks for a great condo located right across from the pool.

Amazing

The condo was perfect. the beach was a short walk away. The pool had some strict rules not balls, horse playing , jumping ( great if you only wanted to relax but not great with to young boys wanting to play in the pool) . 9 out of 10 we defiantly be back

Great Experience

Sullys Sand Dollar was the perfect place for our family vacation. The Condo is family friendly and clean. We have been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. This condo will definitely be at the top of our list to return. Also, the communication from the owners made checking in very smooth. They have an instruction book in the condo that answered any questions that we had. A++++ Thanks!

Gorgeous condo

Huge condo, absolutely beautiful, and clean. The master bedroom/ bathroom is so nice. Directly across the street from the pool, ( one is them) and workout area. Short walk to beach. Suggestion, go north on Atlantic and there is a public parking area for the beach across the street from mi Mexico, would be a shorter walk if you have a wagon and alot to carry. This place has everything u need even games, dice, cards.

Best place in Oceanview

We have stayed at different units in this complex. This is the BEST one. First of all the unit is right across from the pool and sauna. It is a short walk to the beach entrance. Second of all, the unit was stocked such as Beach towels, games, a few coffee pods, etc. Highly recommend. We booked it again already!

New Smyrna Beach

The condo was perfect for my me and my sister’s annual girls trip. It Is very comfy and cozy. It has a great kitchen with everything needed to cook in. The pool is conveniently located directly across the parking lot from our unit. A real plus is the parking garage and elevator- although the elevator has no fan, so it was very hot riding, not a deal breaker though. There is plenty of room and the view from the screened patio is very private and beautiful. It’s also very close to the drive on beach- which is where we went. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations and would tell anyone considering this location to go for it!

Excellent vacation!

The condo was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed looking out over the vast greenery from the screened in balcony. Our hosts were very responsive and accomodating and they could not have done a better job! The complex is very well maintained and there are many amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked including coffee! The only thing we needed to buy for the kitchen was food! A lot of nice touches including snacks that we put in our beach bag and took to the beach! We would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect

Great condo, well furnished and stocked. Did buy a laundry basket to collect dirty clothes and left it for future owner/ renter use. Beach okay,preferred beach up by Mi Mexico best. Saw 5 launches, busy April at the cape. Pool area nice, was only crowded during Easter week, but we were always able to get seats. Husband was able to swim laps at the other pool near building 13. Fitness facilities great. Plan on renting at Ocean Walk again

2024 Relaxing New Smyrna Beach Fun

The best thing about the condo is location. It was close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer; restaurants, bars, bakery, grocery and coffee shop. It also right across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach. And for nature lovers it is just down the road to the Canaveral Seashore with the Turtlemounds nature preserve. The condo its self was very nice and relaxing. It was well stocked with everything we needed; The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we could want. There was more than enough towels, including beach towels. There were chairs and wagon we used for the beach. It was very quiet and relaxing except for a couple of nights we heard partying and music from an adjacent condo into the early morning. We would definitely rent the condo again and recommend it to anyone.

A Family Celebration Tradition

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday, The Fourth of July, and the blessing of being together as family at this well equipped 3 bedroom, lovely condo. We've come to New Smyrna Beach for decades as a family staying in two-two units but now that we have a grandson, we needed a larger unit. This one is the best that we have stayed in at Oceanwalk. Seriously, all you need to do is bring your clothes and food and everything else is hear.... actually we bought coffee filters and a roll of paper towels to leave for the next renters. We loved the estuary view with amazing sunsets, on the screened porch. This is really impotent with the no-see-ums, as they will eat you alive. The hosts were very organized and thorough in their communications with us. We felt very welcomed there. We wanted to make another reservation for the week between Christmas and New Years...but someone already beat us to the dates. We'll, try for our next vacation time.
