Beautifully Updated Oceanwalk Condo nestled up nest to the estuary in building 18. OW18-202

Come Relax in this beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath condo located in building 18 on the second floor. This condo is nestled up next to the wildlife preserve and offers beautiful sunsets. This condo features an upgraded kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped with everything you will need to cook indoors such as a crockpot, blender, roasting pans, serving platters, and toaster oven. There is both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder for grinding your own fresh coffee beans. The kitchen overlooks both the dining and living areas and offers a small breakfast nook with seating for 2. The dining area offers up a large table for dining and seats up to 6 guests.

The living area features a sofa and loveseat, a Blu-Ray player, and a 75” Smart TV and has plenty of space to enjoy one of the many board games offered. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, a 50” Smart TV, and an oversized walk-in closet and is accompanied by the master bath that includes his and hers bathroom sinks, a large walk-in shower, and jetted bathtub. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and two bunk beds and features a 32” Smart TV. The balcony off of the living area and the master suite is a great spot to enjoy your breakfast while taking In the peek-a-boo views of the Ocean across the street. This Condo offers a separate storage locker in the garage that includes beach equipment such as a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys for the little ones, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella. Beach towels are also provided but are inside the condo.

My wife and I booked this condo only two weeks in advance due to a condo we had already booked six months prior canceling our reservation with 2 weeks notice. The photographs of this property don’t do it justice phenomenal very pretty clean roomy a very short walk to the pools and beach, and had everything we needed plenty of towels, beach toys, wagon, umbrella, fishing, net. What a great condo and what a great vacation our family had! If you are looking for someplace to take a family, we have three younger boys, this would be perfect for them, clean warm pool, great hot tub, and just a short walk across to the beach, very clean beach as well. One last thing that I was pleased was how well the maintenance took care of the property outside, well manicured and staff were checking pool passes, which is great, and all gates closed, garage doors went down, very secure.

Gorgeous with a great location!

A gorgeous property in just the right location. We received a surprise early check in that was extremely simple. The condo was gorgeous and very clean! We had plenty of room for our family of 6 with a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and sheets. Our balcony view was facing the ocean and just outside our front door were steps giving us easy nature trail and pool access. We were also only steps away from the cross walk to get to the beach where the condos have their own pathway and outdoor shower. I really can't say enough about it.

Pleasantly quiet condo

We stayed as a family with 3 kids for a few days and enjoyed the calmness of the complex! The pool was nice as well! Very clean condo!
