~Unit 326 has been remodeled top to bottom and furnished in a modern coastal chic style with your comfort in mind! We've had loads of return guests- check out the reviews and the guestbook review photos at the end of the slideshow. We promise you will not be disappointed!

~Kitchen has granite countertops, all stainless appliances, filtered water, and ice dispensers, service for 12, and is stocked with a blender, crockpot, Keurig combo carafe coffee maker, and even recipe books!

~Dining area large farmhouse table seats 6-8 people comfortably.

~Bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, new bedding, and ceiling fans, with the owner's suite featuring a king, and the second bedroom featuring a queen and twin bunks for sleeping flexibility with larger families!

~Bathrooms are updated with the en suite featuring a beautiful custom tiled walk-in shower with a versatile spa head fixture.

~ The living room sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper, and there is a recliner for afternoon siestas with an ocean view!

~Both bedrooms and the living room have ROKU TVs, so you can sign in using our private in-unit WIFI to all your streaming accounts and pick up where you left off of your favorite series!

~On the roomy balcony, you will find a bar-height dining table and chairs along with a reclining lounger and a glider with ottomans so you can put your feet up, relax, enjoy the views, and listen to the waves crash on the beach.

~EXTRAS! We are second-generation owners and treat our unit as a home away from home and want you to feel that way too, so the unit is stocked with games, puzzles, beach towels, boogie boards, tennis racquets, beach toys, and more!

~What else sets this unit apart? Lovely beach views from every window in our unit as well as an awesome location with the laundry and refuse room being located right across the hallway!

Clean, comfortable, good location

Nice condo that was clean and comfortable. Enough beds for 3 children and two adults. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pop up tent, and toys available to use. Purchased a box fan and left there for future renters. AC is set to 74 and it is requested you do not set it any lower. This made it a bit humid and warm, hence why we purchased a box fan. Laundry room conveniently just down hall. Castle Reef grounds is well kept and the pool is cleaned daily.

We had some issues with the A/C and bathroom, but they were handled within a couple of days and the rest of our stay was great!

Relaxing!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The decorations and furniture have all been updated. The kitchen is well stocked. The bath towels are plush and everything is nice and clean. The amenities and closeness to direct access to the beach was perfect. The elevator made things easy. It really was a great experience for our family and friends. The king size bed and bunks were great, if you love plush mattresses the queen will be for you, but it does sink in by morning time. That might be hard for some to sleep on. I highly recommend. I would stay there again!!!
