This home away from home is amazing! you can actually watch the shuttles and rockets take off from Cape Canaveral while cooking on the balcony of this beautiful condo! It's an absolutely spectacular view!

Tropical Breeze Getaway is on the 3rd and top floor of the condo on this peaceful community. You can access it by elevator or stairs. Built in 2018 so everything is updated. It is roomy and has a beautiful kitchen that has all the amenities needed! Even a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee pot! You are close enough to the gorgeous beach and all the activity on Flagler Ave and Canal Street yet far enough away for peace and serenity! You can be as relaxed as you want and as active as you want!

My vacation here was nothing short of perfect! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a bright, airy space that felt instantly welcoming. The large windows gave us a stunning view of the sunsets every evening.The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to the beach and a few minutes’ drive to great little restaurants and shops. Our host went above and beyond! Friendly and immediately responding to all my needs. It felt like staying at a friend’s home, but with all the comforts of a boutique getaway. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to relax and recharge!

A peaceful retreat with everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive & easy to communicate with. They provided all the essentials plus!! Would definitely stay again! Perfect place to watch the NSB fireworks!

A Great Time

We spent 7 days in New Smyrna Beach. The condo at Bouchelle Island was amazing. Beautifully decorated and welcoming. So clean. A real home away from home. The landlords were so friendly, checking in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Location

We had a lovely stay,the condo was in a great location convenient for the beach and shops. The slight downside was it looked out over a road but we quite enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by.The bed was really comfortable as was the entire condo . It is a lovely development with nice walks along the boardwalk which is seconds from the condo where you can see dolphins and seabirds. Symrna Beach is a great town with a fabulous beach and lots of restaurants ,

Nice place in New Smyrna Beach

Host was excellent and very helpful in communication. Condo was clean and very well equipped with amenities, dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies etc. A most pleasant visit.

Very Spacious and Well Furnished Apartment

The unit was excellent, lots of room, great view over the mangroves. Close to Canal St. and Flagler and golf courses. The hosts were great, easy to contact and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the Master Bedroom was great with a walk-in closet. I often sat on the balcony of an evening, sometimes a bit of traffic noise but a great view. The boardwalk on the intra-coastal waterway (about 100 yards away) was a great place to walk and/or sit. Only one small issue - the 2nd bedroom had a pull-out chesterfield (double size) and not a King bed as advertised.
