Ocean View Beach Condo

Our 2nd floor beach condo has a direct ocean view, and overlooks the pool area, perfect for families w/children. Shore Villas' intact sea wall & stairs offer beach access to the less crowded NO DRIVE beach area. It is one of the smaller condo complexes in New Smyrna Beach. Condo upgrades include: dimmable ceiling can lights over the open floor plan, new windows, drapes, and rooftop air conditioner. The balcony furnishing updates make it ideal for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The perfect condo

We have stayed here for the past two years. We love it! It is ALWAYS spotless when we get there and has everything we need so that we don’t have to pack a lot of the “extra” stuff. They even have things in case you forget the small essentials. Our family goes the same time every year, we hope to stay at this place for many years to come. Thanks so much for opening up your beautiful condo for us to enjoy. Trying to talk my husband into two weeks next year! We are also impressed with the updated renovations! Hands down a very nice place to stay. It is a very nice condo while still having the “homey” comfortable feel to it.

Delightful Week

My husband and I had a a wonderful week in your, clean, well-appointed unit at Shore Villas. It was a special week for our family who were staying in other units there as well. We liked that the complex was small and easy to navigate. Sam is a very welcoming and helpful manager. We appreciate the attention to detail and the thought and care you have put into your condo. Amazing!

The condo was very nice and very clean. Very up to date appliances, and it had a perfect view of the pool and ocean. We loved how small the building was, so the pool was never crowded.

NSB condo

The condo is VERY clean. It feels very cozy and beachy from the moment you walk in. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is in the condo. We love staying here and will be back again next year.

Best Condo

Very clean and well set up! The new kitchen is awesome and provides plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are nice! Wonderful view of the pool and ocean.

Christmas in NSB

Condo is newly remodeled and gorgeous. Great ocean view. I loved the smaller size of complex. It was convenient to walk both directions on the beach. And got to watch rocket launches. Great location near store and gym. Other guests were very friendly. Sam the manager was terrific and very helpful. I had a great time despite chilly weather.

Great Stay at NSB!

We had a great stay at Shore Villas. This condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed and appreciated all the updates to the unit and loved the keyless entry. The only thing that could of made our stay better was blackout shades or curtains in the bedrooms. A light on the exterior walkway kept the secondary bedroom bright at night and in the master the early sunrise lit up the room.

Lovely Oceanfront Home Away from Home

Beautiful condo furnished with all the necessities and a few perks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay including but not limited to all the extras you would want for the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys) and pool (diver rings & sinkers). There were a couple of beach towels but I'm glad we brought our own as there were 5 of us. Amazing view from the 2nd floor balcony of both the pool and ocean. Pool was perfect and the beach nearly empty because of the time of year. We felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. Residents that were present were very friendly. Quick walk to the pool! Beach access is temporarily around the North building because the stairs by the pool were swept away by the hurricane. Both Diane, the owner, and Sam, the property manager, were extremely pleasant. My husband enjoyed chatting with Sam throughout our stay. If I had to nitpick about anything, it would be the grainy feeling on the floors upon our arrival. Other than that, we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again!

Nicely updated condo

Very nicely updated condo! Awesome oceanfront balcony and view. We usually stay further north in NSB so we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this part of the beach. Diane was very quick to reply to any questions we had and Sam, the site manager was very nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay again. Literally the only thing that would have made for a better experience is if the floors and counters were cleaner. There was sand on the floors, counters a little dirty. But otherwise a great place!

ideal beach location

we just spent a week at this property and we were very pleased. The location is great, right on the beach and our unit had a balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as depicted in the listing. The landlord was very responsive to the few questions we had. Sam the property manager was very helpful. We would highly recommend this property

Lovely NSB week!

We loved this condo! It had nice furnishings which we’re comfortable. The layout was open, large balcony with a fantastic view, comfortable beds, and it was quiet! Plenty of towels, blankets, ect. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay!!! Thank you!
