Best. Vacation. Ever! Is what you'll say after visiting Sea Coast Gardens II Unit 305, better known as “Our Happy Place”. This beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom direct ocean front unit is designed to maximize your vacation experience and provide all that you will need to make memories that will last a lifetime. The entire condo underwent a complete renovation in 2022. From floor to ceiling in every room the décor and amenities have been upgraded and modernized.

The living room is comfortable and stylish with new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. It features a 55” LED Smart TV along with an upgraded cable package. We've added a DVR for you to record your favorite shows as well as a Blue Ray disc player. In the entertainment center, you will find videos and board games for family fun time. There is also a small library with books that will interest readers of all ages.

The all-new kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dual temperature wine refrigerator. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The space was reconfigured for a more open feel and finished with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and modern lighting. The new dining room table and chairs can accommodate up to six people.

The primary suite is the ultimate beach retreat. Designed for relaxation in a “spa like” setting, it features a king size bed with high thread count Egyptian Cotton linens, 47” LED Smart TV, and an incredible ocean view. The ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled and includes a luxurious shower to wash away any stress you may have brought with you from home.

The second bedroom has been completely transformed providing the ultimate in sleeping flexibility. Choose from bunks or a queen bed based on your family's needs. The room also includes a 27” flat screen with Fire TV for access to all of your streaming services. The second bathroom now features a tub/shower so the little ones can enjoy bath time after a long day on the beach.

The balcony is a second living room with a “million-dollar view”. The space is comfortably furnished with a sectional couch, love seat, and a table. This is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee while watching our magnificent Atlantic Ocean sunrise. Curl up with a good book in the afternoon. Or in the evening relax and unwind under the stars to the feel of ocean breezes and the sounds of waves upon the shore.

For “fun in the sun” time guests are provided beach towels, chairs, a chaise lounge, and a “Sun Ninja” for UV protection. Also included are boogie boards, fishing poles and sporting equipment, along with beach toys and games for the whole family to enjoy. But be warned, once you visit “Our Happy Place” you'll want to come back year after year.
