Wake up to nothing but ocean from the 5th floor — no rooftops, no buildings, no obstructions. Just the Atlantic stretched out in front of you as far as you can see. Serenity Shores sits on the top floor of Hacienda Del Sol I, and that height makes all the difference. While lower-floor condos look out at pool decks and palm trees, you get an unobstructed wall of blue from the moment you open your eyes.
This is not a cosmetic refresh. We gutted this condo down to the studs and rebuilt every inch of it from scratch. New electrical wiring throughout. New plumbing. New kitchen with brand new appliances, new cabinets, new countertops. New bathrooms top to bottom. New flooring in every room. New furniture, new fixtures, new lighting, new paint. There is not a single original element left in this unit. When you walk in, you are the first family to live in a completely brand new space. You will not find a more thoroughly updated condo in this building or most of New Smyrna Beach.
We built Serenity Shores for families who want to actually relax on vacation instead of spending half their trip running out for things they need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook real meals — pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, plates, glasses, a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker so you can have your morning cup on the balcony without rushing out. The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and not worry about sandy clothes piling up all week. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels, and gear so you can walk straight down to the sand without stopping at a rental shop.
The heated pool is right downstairs, which is perfect for kids who want to go back and forth between the pool and the beach all day. The beach itself is just steps from the building — no long walks, no crossing busy roads, no hauling everything half a mile. You are right there. Parents can keep an eye on things from the pool deck or head back upstairs and watch from the 5th floor balcony while the kids play.
The location is ideal for exploring New Smyrna Beach without needing to drive everywhere. Flagler Avenue is just 2 miles south and it is the heart of NSB — locally owned restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and live music on weekends. It is the kind of strip where you can spend a whole evening just walking around and popping into places. JB's Fish Camp is right nearby and serves some of the freshest seafood in the area, right on the water with a laid-back Old Florida feel the whole family will love.
There is a shopping plaza directly across the street from the building for anything you forgot or need during your stay — no hunting around for a grocery store your first night. And if you want to venture a little further, Daytona Beach is a short drive north with the boardwalk, Marine Science Center, and plenty of family attractions.
New Smyrna Beach has been voted one of the best beach towns in Florida for a reason. The beaches are beautiful, the vibe is relaxed, the restaurants are excellent, and there is enough to do for a full week without ever feeling like you are running out of options. Surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, dolphin tours, the Canaveral National Seashore — it is all here.
A few things our guests consistently mention: how clean and new everything feels, how much they appreciated not having to bring or buy beach gear, and how the 5th floor view exceeded what they expected from the photos. We take care of this place because we want every family who stays here to come back.
Serenity Shores has a 4-night minimum stay, which honestly works in your favor. This is not a quick overnight crash pad. This is where you slow down, settle in, and give your family a real vacation. Let the kids build sandcastles, take the afternoon off, cook dinner in a brand new kitchen, and watch the ocean from five stories up with nowhere to be.
Pack the swimsuits. We have handled everything else.
