Welcome to The Salty Shack! Tiny beach shack, big vacation vibes. This fully renovated cottage in New Smyrna Beach is under 400 square feet — and it makes every one of them count. Park the car, put away your keys, and settle into a barefoot, salty-hair kind of week where everything you need is a short walk away.

Step through your private entrance into a sunny bedroom with windows on three sides, a comfortable double bed, armoire storage, and its own mini-split AC you control from the remote. Just beyond, the main living space opens up with a sectional sofa, smart TV, a fold-down Murphy bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cheerful kitchenette built for real vacation mornings — full-size fridge and freezer, two-burner cooktop, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, toaster, and bar seating for two. (No oven — this is a coffee, snacks, and easy dinners kitchen, by design.)

We happily rent to guests 25 and older. The Salty Shack is intentionally cozy — think beach chairs and slow mornings, not overpacking or staying in all day. This is not a pet-friendly rental.
