Spend your next beach retreat at this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium in the iconic Golden Arms. Home to one of the top ten beaches in Florida, this lovely condo offers breathtaking views of New Smyrna's white sand beach from almost every room. Location is key when on vacation and Golden Arm 502 is perfectly located within walking distance to New Smyrna's Historic Downtown Flagler Avenue with upscale shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Golden Arms 502 offers an open, spacious living area with picturesque ocean views, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and sliders to the oceanfront balcony. This condo has just been updated with fresh paint, new flooring in the bedrooms, and new linens. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside dish. The kitchen has recently been updated with a new dishwasher, new dishes, knives, a coffeemaker, and an air fryer. Meals can be enjoyed with a view in the dining room featuring seating for four with additional seating for three at the kitchen's center island.

Wake up every morning as you watch the dolphins play in the waves from the oceanfront master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and full bath with tub/shower and separate vanity so one can shower while the other prepares for a fun-filled day around town. Step out the sliders from the master bedroom and enjoy your morning cup of coffee as your watch the sun rise over the ocean. The 2nd bedroom, perfect for those traveling with children or additional guests, features two twin-size beds. The 2nd full bath, located in the hallway, features a walk-in shower and is perfect for washing the sand from your toes.

This unit allows for one assigned parking garage space. Parking is VERY limited at the Golden Arms. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis and parking passes are required. Trucks and large SUVs will not fit in the garage.
Garage measurements 9'2” W x 16' D x 6'4” H. Subtract 6” from all measurements for safety

Golden Arms 502 includes:
-Two electric bikes with instructions
-Two sets of golf clubs
-Pickleball and tennis equipment
-Beach toys
-Acoustic guitar

All the comforts of home are included including cable TV, WiFi, and all your linens are supplied. Coin-operated washer/dryer located onsite.

Amenities include a semi-private one-car garage, secure building access, heated salt-water pool, shuffleboard, putting green, and clubhouse.

Located in New Smyrna Beach, the Golden Arms is a short walk from the best of what New Smyrna Beach has to offer. An oceanfront complex, Golden Arms, has an unbeatable location and is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue and features one-of-a-kind restaurants, surf shops, boutiques, art galleries, and an exceptional, local nightlife scene. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach and can be found within a short drive or bike ride on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see! JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife.

Florida's sunny weather allows for year-round golf. Several golf courses can be found throughout the New Smyrna Beach area. Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country. The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.

Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. It has been recognized by National Geographic as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops so grab a board and hit the water!

They need to repair and replace some things in the condo. The bathtub needs refinishing. It is yellow in several places and has some rust. The inside of the front door needs sanding and repainting. It would be helpful if there was a key pad instead of a key lock. I know this isn’t a big deal but the ironing board cover needs replacing! It has a grease stain and a huge rip in it. But I did enjoy my stay. If those things are corrected, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.
