Prior to your arrival, you reached out to us looking for potential upgrade options as you stated the room type booked might be too small for you. Our team assisted you with showing you several suite options in which you ended up staying with the same room type booked. After your first night with us, you then mentioned having to depart early due to work related reasoning and would like for us to waive the cancellation fee. Prior to your departure, our team explained to you that we have a firm cancellation policy of refunding 50% off the remaining nights which had already been refunded to you. Our team have went above and beyond to assist you as well as explaining to you our policy.

Dear Ms. Tam , I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. As per hotel policy we must verify your method of payment upon check in . As you had three reservations back to back we were only able to verify your method payment for one of the three. Your other card on file was then charge the full amount for the last two reservations as we attempted to contact you.We do send all of our guest's an email prior to arrival of our policy and concierge options .We've emailed you with and returned the funds back to the correct card as per your request .
