The Space:

Escape the energy of 6th Avenue and step into your private city sanctuary, occupying the top two floors of a charming walk-up building.



Lower Level: Sleeping Quarters & Baths

• Primary Bedroom: Features a queen memory foam mattress, organic hemp and sateen sheet options, and a spacious walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a full tub/shower combo, plenty of counter space, and cabinet storage.

• Second Bedroom: Another queen memory foam bed with organic sheets for restful sleep.

• Third Bedroom/Office: Full-size bed and dedicated work area, ideal for business travelers or extra guests.

• Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower

In-unit washer/dryer for ultimate convenience.



Upper Level: Living, Dining & Kitchen

• A wall of windows floods the space with natural light and offers views of 6th Avenue.

• Relax by the fireplace, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy records and board games.

• Dining table seats 6 comfortably, perfect for meals or game nights.

Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment and rooftop terrace. Please note:

• Located on the top two floors of a 4-story walk-up (no elevator).

• Entry stairwell is shared with one other apartment below.

• Ground floor dry cleaner has separate, private access.
