Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.

It was great for the location and property was clean. We had trouble with the front door access code and were effectively locked out after our show. Someone in the lobby let us in. We would have spent more time in Times Square the morning of our departure but were afraid we’d get locked out of the building while the luggage remained inside. Upon arrival I called the host and left a voicemail and texted and never got a direct response.

Main door code provided was months old and didn’t work. No door code provided to us by host. Air con sounds like a jack hammer. Toilet blocked, shower blocked, basin blocked. No cleaning mid way though and it was a 12 night stay.
