Ottimo hotel in Midtown
Esperienza molto positiva. L'hotel è in posizione molto comoda in Midtown Manhattan, molto vicino alla metropolitana e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla Penn Station, punto di partenza del treno per l'aeroporto di Newark. La zona è sicura. L'Empire State building è molto vicino e può essere ammirato dalla terrazza sul tetto dell'hotel. Times square è a circa 15 minuti di cammino. Il personale dell'hotel è nel complesso gentile. Ogni giorno l'hotel offre $15 per camera da usarsi al bar o al ristorante: da notarsi che le tasse e la mancia non fanno parte di questi $15. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa considerando la media delle camere a Manhattan. Era un po' troppo buia, avremmo gradito maggore luminosità. Era dotata di un grande TV e di cassaforte. Ogni giorno l'hotel fornisce comprese nel prezzo due bottigliette d'acqua. Il bagno era confortevole. Buona la pulizia. La nostra camera, al 16° piano, era ben insonorizzata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo per noi è stato molto buono (costo della camera circa $200/notte). Hotel consigliabile per visitare Manhattan.

Struttura in posizione perfetta e strategica e con vista sull'empire state building. Camere molto pulite anche se molto piccole ed essenziali. Servizio colazione molto buono e completo. Personale sempre disponibile. Nota negativa: la bellissima terrazza all'ultimo piano con vista molto bella, che diventa pub/bar per tipici happyhours newyorkesi dalle 17:00, non puo essere frequentata da minori di 20 anni. Quindi se hai due figli ancora minori non puoi rimanere neanche per bere un'aranciata in compagnia con i tuoi figli. Peccato.

The staff was friendly. 1 free drink per room per night stayed. Hotel was clean. Small rooms w/ low beds but comfortable. Restaurant/bar on site. 7 minutes from MSG. Park Ave was 2 blocks away. Many Asian restaurants being in Korea town. Many subway stations in a 5-10 minute walking radius.

Stopped by for a night the staff was friendly, the bartender was real cool, the check in and out was nice and smooth. I received 3 free drinks 2 chilled bottles of water was waiting on me in the room it was perfect timing also I got a token for a free soda but you can get a glass of champagne but I am not much of a drinker. Over all the place was clean and it had a real chill vibe some of these hotels stays can be quite iffy in New York but at least here there was a sincere effort to make a good impression.

The room was extremely hot. The air conditioner setting only went down to 66 degrees and the room was uncomfortably hot. Very friendly staff and a maintenance worker even came to the room to try and rectify the situation but was unsuccessful. Very disappointed that I spent almost $400 for a one night stay and barely got any sleep if any. Again, the staff was great and the property was clean and well kept but the issue with the room temperature was very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and all areas were attractive. The food was great in the hotel restaurant. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There was a young woman working Saturday morning (March 2) who was particularly friendly and helpful but do not know what her name was. She was awesome! My stay there was excellent. Thank you!

So, this is the first of 3 reviews for our stays. This is the first so I will try to let go of all of the negative and be more positive as the trip goes on. All staff has been extremely friendly and nice. Housekeeping is excellent!!! Bartenders Mo and Janelle are a joy and so friendly!! Front desk has been super sweet, but obviously don't listen or don't care in certain instances, so not sure what happened to mess up our reservations - not once, not twice, but 3 separate times. And another 1/2 mess-up. All was fixed, but it was not a complicated issue. It should not have taken so much time, so many times nor should any computer in 2024 be that slow. Elevators were a problem. Needing a key for the lobby bathroom was annoying. No food and beverage between 11am and 5pm. No room service. Will not allow Uber eats or any delivery to come to your door. You MUST wait on the ridiculously slow elevators to come down and get your food yourself. Had I know , I would have just walked to get food rather than pay delivery fees and a large tip. Poción is under the guise of "safety" but let's get real...if that was the case, have one of the hotel staff milling about bring it up. Again, this probably would not have annoyed me so much if we hadn't already had issues. They are generous with the bottled water - $30 worth a day for that resort fee....

AWFUL EXPIRIENCE
I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking through Hotels.com, where I encountered significant service issues. On my arrival at approximately 1 PM, I was informed that my room was not ready, but would be by 3 PM. I told the kind receptionist (an amazing btw) that I would explore the city, and I left my luggage with the hotel. I also saw the rooftop! However, upon my return at 7 PM, I faced an unfortunate and distressing situation. The new male receptionist on duty was extremely unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating. Despite explaining the absence of my luggage ticket and offering my suitcase key and identification for verification, he refused to return my luggage. Additionally, he denied me access to my prepaid room, citing the absence of a physical credit card, despite my offer to provide digital confirmation of payment. This dude left me stranded on the streets of New York, without accommodation, in the cold and without internet access on a Saturday night in an unfamiliar city. I was completely unsafe, sacred and traumatized. Given these circumstances and the fact that I was denied the services I had already paid for, I am requesting a full refund AT LEAST. This experience was not only inconvenient but also traumatic, and it did not meet the standards of hospitality and customer service one would expect. Please let me know the process to proceed with this refund. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Fernanda
