• PARKING • There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis, but a lot of paid parking is available. The only FREE parking is street parking and depending on the time of day, street parking may be hard to find. Please note that if you park on the street you must follow street sweeping rules (which will be posted).

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
• OTHER AMENITIES • The apartment comes with free improved and high-speed wifi, smart TV with streaming apps.
Guest access You will have sole and private use of the entire apartment throughout your stay. Enjoy complete privacy and access to all the amenities and spaces described in the listing.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the building. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
•DAMAGE WAIVER AND GUEST LIABILITY: All direct bookings include participation in our Accidental Damage Waiver Program. This program is not insurance, but a limited waiver of liability provided in exchange for a non-refundable fee paid with your reservation. This waiver is offered on the condition that all accidental damage is reported to Elevate Vacation Rentals prior to check-out. Failure to report damage may result in full financial responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacements.
•NON-REFUNDABLE CARD PROCESSING FEE: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) will be deducted from the refunded amount and is non-refundable.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping costs are the traveler’s responsibility. There is a minimum $25 shipping charge plus a $50 service fee. As our cleaning team manages multiple properties daily, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for locating or shipping returned items. We will make every reasonable effort to locate lost belongings after check-out; however, we are not liable for items left behind. Unclaimed items will be donated if not claimed within 14 days of check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
