We called ahead to verify our reservation and to verify we could pay when we arrived. We let them know we would arrive late. When we got there at 11:30pm we were told there was no rooms available and because we didn't pay in advance they did not hold our room

After I reserved a room on Expedia I got there to check in and they gave me several different excuses but it came down to they did not set aside a room for me They tried blaming me. Very unprofessional and unethical business practices.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the A/C worked well, but the room had a strange smell, possibly a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking, not sure. The room furniture is very old and falling apart, drawers do not open/close well, vinyl falling off the particle board. No one answered when I called the front desk. It was ok for a one night stay.

So upon checking in i asked if there is a fridge and microwave in the room. I was told i needed to add 20$ in order to get a room equipped with that so I declined. I go in the room and room was OK, except for a few bugs crawling around and walls are very thin. You can hear pple moving around next door. Shower gel container was empty in the bathroom and had to call the front desk using my cellphone because room phone was not working. Was told to go down and get some and when i got there there was none in front desk. The manager calmly told me they do not offer shower gels or soap. So what am i booking your hotel for if i cant take a shower with soap. He said to call corporate because its against their policy. That was BS. I had to drive to 10 min to a 7/11 at 11pm to buy soap in order to shower. But they don't have a problem demanding 20$ for a fridge or microwave in the room. Was very disappointed. Do not book this place unless bringing your own soap to shower.

THERE WAS A ROACH IN THE ROOM, SMELLED MOLDY, DIRTY, AND HOMELESS PEOPLE. COULDN’T STAY THERE FOR A SECOND. REQUESTED A REFUND AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Definitely unfit for family hotel stay. Between smelling weed everywhere you turn, people looking as if they’ve been taking drugs walking around asking for money. Then the rooms weren’t the best. You can tell nothings been cleaned, key cards never seem to work. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms unless you pay out more for it, most of the ac units are not working right. Just an overall very bad experience. I had a 4 year old and baby with me and each night having to scrub them down because the floors were filthy. Seeing trash all around. Things prior broken. I just wouldn’t recommend being here unless you just don’t care what you sleep in or care what you’re around.

I had a good time with my lovey, but the hotel had roaches… that made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room and I was super uncomfortable. They also charged me the same rate as a nicer hotel would’ve, but that’s on me for thinking I was getting a decent room.

Find somewhere else to stay
Will not stay here again. Was there Thursday through Sunday and housekeeping never came to clean our room once. The bathtub was extremely slippery. My mother actually checked out that Friday and booked a room at another hotel. My nieces room had an odor and she had to buy a plug in to get rid of the smell. Overall not a good experience and we will not stay here again
