Such a beautiful and cozy stay.The suite was very comfortable and well appointed. The grounds outside were beautiful and peaceful-so many flowers!Location of this property was also great-within a 5-10 minute drive of cute town of Newberg and easy to get to surrounding wineries.

We had a fantastic stay here! Everything was perfect. The place was so cozy with a great price! Such a beautiful location, we loved walking around and seeing all of the beautiful flowers and farm animals. Communication was very fast and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice studio surrounded by incredible gardens in the heart of Newberg countryside. Short drive to any winery and convenient from PDX. Smaller bathroom, but otherwise extremely comfortable.

This beautifully situated studio is located in a very quiet rural area. The landscaping around the main house is lush and vibrant. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay. Although it doesn't have a full kitchen, it does have a microwave, toaster oven and induction type burner unit. It is close to many wineries and the main highways are easily accessible. Very quiet and restful.

The grounds in spring bloom are absolutely gorgeous! The property is nearby to many wineries and vineyards. It's a good value for the price, the bathroom is a bit cramped but overall a cute interior.

Beautiful property with many flowers and patios. Clara was a friendly host, and her dog Mercedes was a cute welcoming committee. The upper carriage house is a quaint bungalow with all the amenities needed for a short trip. It even has a hair dryer! The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected (duck your head when going through the door).

We arrived to the upper carriage house, where a nasty nauseous rotten meat smell filled the room. This was quite unexpected and unsettling. We could not use the refrigerator, as it smelled of rotten meat. We asked for a refund and were denied. We were not offered a partial refund. We were offered a complimentary night stay. However, we were told the offer only lasted a week. Due to our home location, this was not realistic. We were excited to stay at the Upper Carriage House, based on the reviews and it's location. We even left favorable note in the guest book, with the understanding a refund may be compensated. Sadly, our own experience did not reflect those who stayed previously. It is unfortunate that we left disappointed and customer service did not measure up to that of previous reviews.
