“The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”

“This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.”

“The home is just as shown and extremely clean! The location was perfect for us going to Poe Springs (8 min drive) and Ichutukenee Springs (15 minute drive) over the weekend.*We highly recommend booking the 8 springs in 8 mile self guided tour through Anderson Outdoor Adventures- we saw so much wild life and floated down the Santa Fe river for roughly 5 hours - making multiple stops to swim in Floridas beautiful springs*Also, the host here is amazing! There was a mix up with our booking but...
