“Room was very clean and comfortable.”

“Elevator being out while people were in town for a concert was kind of a difficult situation but not a bad stay”

“Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in. The receptionist asked me to step aside so he could assist the guest behind me, stating that I had additional questions. I agreed without issue. However, after assisting not only that guest but two additional guests while I was still waiting, I asked if he could please complete my check-in. “Charged me before I got to the property when in the email said pay at property. And then they charged me a whole different amount the next day, totaling more than the amount that was due. The guy at the desk told me he had no idea and it wasn’t on their end. Didn’t help me at all. The room was dirty and the bed wasn’t even made. It was definitely run down. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. ”

“The room was disgusting. Stains on the bedding, the walls, the floors, everything. There were bugs, dead and alive throughout the room. If you try to inform the staff of the multiple issues they will brush it off and say “oh the maids are usually great”, truthfully the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel originally opened. Definitely not a clean or safe environment.”
